检查模型是否已绑定到BindAttachment对象。当模型作为子对象被添加到BindAttachment下时，模型会被绑定到父模型的指定骨骼上，此时该方法返回true

set	bool		预留参数，当前未使用。默认值为true

返回类型	概要
bool	返回模型的绑定状态。true表示模型已绑定到BindAttachment对象，false表示未绑定
